  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr,Double-Acting
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 c. Blueberries Fresh or possibly Frzn
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon,Grnd

  1. Make cake batter by creaming butter, sugar and egg; add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla. Spread batter in a greased 9 x 9 square baking pan and top with berries. Combine the topping ingredients using a fork or possibly pastry blender. Sprinkle mix over berries. Bake at 350 degrees, 25 - 30 min or possibly till it test dones.
