2 1/2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp baking pwdr 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp salt

1 c. buttermilk 2 x Large eggs beaten 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 1/2 c. blueberries

Инструкции

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the buttermilk, Large eggs and oil. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking pwdr, sugar and salt. Make a well in the center and add in the buttermilk mix. Mix till just moisten and mix in the blueberries. Pour into the greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 F for 24 min.
