1 tsp baking soda 1 c. buttermilk 2 Tbsp. vital wheat gluten pwdr 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

1. Place all ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select White Bread cycle, and Start.
2. This recipe yields a 1 lb. loaf.
3. Yield: 1 loaf
