Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. crumbled blue or possibly roquefort cheese
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • Dash of garlic pwdr

Инструкции

  1. Put all ingredients except cheese into blender container, cover and process at Mix speed, till smooth. Stop blender and add in cheese. Cover and process at Stir cycle.
  2. (If a smooth dressing is desired, put all ingredients into blender container, cover and mix till smooth.)
