Ингредиенты

12-14 lg. fresh mushrooms 1/4 c. minced green onion 1/4 c. butter

1/4 c. (1 ounce.) blue cheese 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs Salt & pepper

Инструкции

1. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Cook stems and onions in butter till tender; add in cheese, 2 Tbsp. crumbs and salt and pepper to taste. Fill mushroom crowns with mix; sprinkle remaining crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 min.
