3 ounce. blue cheese, crumbled (about 3/4 c.) 1/2 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar Dash of pepper Dash of paprika 4 med. onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings (about 4 c.)

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except onions. Pour mix over onion rings and chill at least 3-4 hrs. Makes about 1 qt onion rings.
2. Terrific with barbecued meats, or possibly add in to a green salad. Delicious!
