  • 1 x 4 ounce pkg Treasure Cave blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 x 8 ounce pkg cream cheese cubed
  • 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. kirsch (cherry brandy)

Инструкции

  1. Heat wine and cream cheese, stirring till cheese melts. Add in Monterey jack cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly. Blend in blue cheese. When smooth, add in kirsch. Serve with dippers of French bread, fresh fruit or possibly vegetables.
