  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and liquids in small bowl. Stir well, then add in garlic, onion and parsley. Fold in finely crumbled blue cheese.
  2. Optional seasoning includes salt, pepper and a healthy pinch of cayenne. Refrigeratewell before serving.
