Blue Cheese Dressing

Ингредиенты

3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
1/3 c. half & half

Инструкции

Reserve 1/3 c. blue cheese. Beat remaining on low speed till blended. Add in mayonnaise and half & half; beat on medium speed till creamy. Stir in reserved blue cheese. Cover and refrigerateat least 3 hrs. Makes 1 2/3 c. dressing.
