3 Tbsp. coconut rum such as, Parrot Bay Blue curacao

1/4 c. pineapple juice Orange wedge for garnish

1. Pour rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briefly and strain into ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with orange wedge.
