INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

Place sun-dried tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with warm water. Let stand until tender. Drain. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, bacon bits and sun-dried tomatoes. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut the core out of the lettuce, cut the bottom of the head so it is flat to sit on and then spoon the dip into the head. Serve with Tostitos or pita chips.
