- Soften gelatin in 3/4 c. tomato juice and 1/4 c. water; let stand 5 min.
- Combine 3 c. tomato juice, celery salt, Worcestershire, warm sauce, and bitters in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add in gelatin mix, stirring till gelatin dissolves.
- Pour into an oiled 4-1/2 c. ring mold; refrigeratetill hard. Unmold on lettuce-lined serving plate, and fill center with cottage cheese.
