4 med. potatoes Dash of salt

3 tbsp. flour 1 egg

1. Grate potatoes. Add in salt and sufficient flour to hold together. Add in 2 Tbsp. butter to frying pan. Drop mix by Tbsp. into pan and fry till well done and turn once.
