Bleu Cheese Broccoli

Ингредиенты

2 pkg. frzn minced broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 ounce. cream cheese

2 tbsp. Bleu cheese
1 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. crushed Ritz Crackers

Инструкции

Thaw broccoli; drain. Heat butter in saucepan; stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stir till smooth and thickened. Add in crumbled Bleu cheese. Stir till melted. Stir in broccoli, pour into greased casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
