Ингредиенты

2 c. flour 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr 3 teaspoon cinnamon 3 Large eggs

1 c. oil 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 c. diced zucchini 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. walnuts (optional)

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients, except flour in blender. Blend till smooth.
2. Pour into bowl, add in flour. Stir till smooth. Bake in large greased loaf pan 60 to 70 min at 350 degrees.
