1 c. instant dry lowfat milk
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter

2/3 c. sugar
Healthy pinch of salt

Put all the ingredients together into a blender and process till smooth. Can be used in any recipe calling for a can of sweetened condensed lowfat milk. Keeps 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
