1 c. lowfat milk (nut, soy, skim) Fruit of choice, frzn in chunks

1 teaspoon vanilla Honey to taste

Инструкции

1. Pour chilled "lowfat milk" in blender. Add in vanilla and honey. Drop frzn fruit pcs one at a time into running blender. When consistency of soft ice cream spoon out and eat immediately.
2. Servings: 2.
