Ингредиенты

2 c. lowfat milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 4 Large eggs

1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 c. coconut

Инструкции

1. Combine everything except coconut in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Let stand for 5 min. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
