4 Large eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. flour

1 c. coconut 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Dash nutmeg

1. Blend 1 minute. Pour into well greased and floured 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till custard is set. Some ovens may require 1 hour and 10 min.
