- 16 ounces brewed coffee 1 cinnamon stick 2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted) 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste cinnamon sugar for the topping
Brew the coffee then add the cinnamon stick and let steep for 5 minutes. remove the cinnamon and discard Add the coffee, coconut oil and vanilla bean paste to the blender and blend until smooth pour into mug and top with cinnamon sugar. Add additional sweetener to your liking. 3.2.2925
Now I’ve gone and done it.
I have proven to all of you and to myself that I am not a coffee snob. I only drink the fancy ones or crazy concoctions I create in the kitchen.
Blending the coffee with the coconut oil is crazy delicious. It’s actually healthy and a bit different that the one I created with butter and coconut oil.
This can be an easy way to serve up coffee on Christmas morning. Well really any morning.
