- Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in double boiler. Combine with cool lowfat milk, gradually add in warm lowfat milk. Stir till thick. Separate Large eggs, beat yolks with 2 Tbsp. of the lowfat milk. Stir in some of the warm mix and add in the last 5 min. Remove from heat, add in vanilla. If Fluff Pudding is desired, beat egg whites stiff and fold into mix. Yield: 1 1/2 qts.
