Twisted takes on traditional cocktails always intrigue me. When Little Black Dress Wines asked me if I would like to participate in their #LBDPinkDrink campaign and after reading what the campaign was all about I knew that I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
Little Black Dress Wines is a longtime supporter of causes that are important to women. In partnership with the “Keep A Breast Foundation” a non-profit organization with a mission to empower your people around the world about breast health education.
As a breast cancer survivor this campaign is near and dear to me. Sometimes, I feel as if I am in a time warp. Hearing the news from my surgeon doesn’t seem like it was nine years ago. Yet, it feels as though it was an eternity that I heard those words “breast cancer”!
Being diligent about annual exams is why mine was discovered at stage zero and I am here today healthy and living a happy and fulfilled life.
Back to this delicious cocktail. I created a Drink Pink cocktail with the help of LBD wines and a spin-off of their “Cherry Shandy” cocktail.

- 3 oz Little Black Dress Pinot Noir 1 oz unsweetened organic lemonade 1 oz Chambord or creme de cassis Blackberries for garnish
- In a cocktail Shaker filled with ice, combine the wine, lemonade, and chambord. Shake Pour into prepared glass Serve 3.4.3176
