  • 2 x Size 2 Large eggs, Separated
  • 2 ounce Caster Sugar
  • 1/4 pt Double Cream
  • 8 ounce Blackberry Puree

Инструкции

  1. Whisk the egg whites till stiff, then gradually add in the caster sugar, beating well between each addition.
  2. Place the egg yolks in a bowl and beat till light and fluffy. Whip the double cream till it forms soft peaks.
  3. Fold the egg yolks into the cream, then add in the egg white mix. Stir in the Blackberry puree. Transfer to a container and freeze or possibly approximately 6 to 8 hrs.
