- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a small bowl, mix together the peaches and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, both sugars, baking pwdr, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, lowfat milk, and butter and stir in the reserved peach mix. Mix the egg/peach mix into the flour mix till just moistened. (Don't over-mix.) Gently mix in the Blackberries.
- Fill greased muffin c. 3/4 full and bake for 20 to 25 min or possibly till golden. Let cold on a wire rack. Serve.
- YIELD: 12 MUFFINS
