Ингредиенты

  • 2 can Pear halves
  • 1 x 6-ounce pkg Blackberry gelatin pwdr
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 med Frzn Blackberries (or possibly 2 to 3 c. fresh) Whipped cream (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Use pear juice and water to make 1-1/2 c. liquid. Heat in sauce pan and dissolve gelatin.
  2. Stir in lemon juice. Cold to room temperature. Place pears in bottom of pyrex dish or possibly gelatin mold. Blend Blackberries into gelatin mix. (If Blackberries are frzn, this will set up very fast.)
  3. Pour mix over pears, place in refrigerator. Use whipped cream when serving, if you like.
