  • 1 pkt Yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 c. Blackberry perserves
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Blackberry prserves

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Crust: combine cake mix and butter in a bowl till crumbly. Reserve 1 c.. Press remaining mix into 13x9x2 pan. Spread 1 c. perserves over crust. Filling: Stir together cream cheese, flour, sugar, vanilla, and egg till wee blended; mix in perserves. Carefully spread filling over crust. Sprinkle reserved cake mix/butter mix over filling. Bake 30-40 min or possibly till golden. Cold before cutting into bars.
