2 c. Water
3 tsp Sysco Imperial beef base
5 tsp Fiesta chili pwdr

4 shot Black Velvet whiskey
1 tsp Caynenne
1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Simmer together and let cold. Injected this mix into roasts. Coated roasts in extra virgin olive oil then sprinkled Warm chili pwdr and Johnneys seasoning salt all over. Wraped and refrigerated for 24 hrs . Will mop with same as injection mix,but will add in a little more oil to it. Will smoke these with apple and mesquite wood. Have a good Q day.
