- In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in ice cubes; stir till dissolved. Pour 1/2 c. of the gelatin into 3 1/2 c. ring mold.
- Chill mold and remaining gelatin till gelatin in mold is semi-set, about 20 min.
- Place liquid removed grapefruit sections over gelatin in mold. Stir yogurt into remaining gelatin and spoon over grapefruit. Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- To unmold, loosen mold around edges with knife; quickly dip mold into warm water. Invert onto moistened serving platter and carefully shake to release mold.
