- Cut beef across grain into thin slices, then into 1-inch squares. Combine 2 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce and garlic in small bowl; stir in beef. Let stand 15 min.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining 3 Tbsp. stir-fry sauce and black pepper; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over high heat. Add in beef and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.
- Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil in same pan. Add in bell peppers and onion; stir-fry 3 min. Add in beef and stir-fry sauce mix; cook and stir only till beef and vegetables are coated with sauce and heated through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
