Ингредиенты

  • 2 x shallot, minced
  • 1 x garlic, clove, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 12 x pecan, halved
  • 1 c. pitted olives salt pepper
  • 1/2 c. table cream

Инструкции

  1. In a frying pan, heat the butter over a medium heat. Cook the shallots, garlic and thyme till soft and just beginning to caramelize, about 10 min. Add in the olives, pecan nuts and cream and simmer over a low heat. Season to taste.
