  • Syd Bigger
  • 1 c. Oil For Deep-Frying
  • 4 ounce Dry Green Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 c. Minced Shallots
  • 1 c. Minced Garlic
  • 8 ounce Dry Shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp. Shrimp Paste
  • 1/3 c. Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
  • 1/4 c. Sugar

Инструкции

  1. This dip will give any food a much richer taste, and add in spiciness.
  2. Heat a small pan with the oil and deep-fry the dry peppers, shallots and garlic till dark brown. Place the fried ingredients with all the others in a blender, and process till a smooth mix forms.
  3. Pour the entire mix into a medium skillet and fry on medium heat for 5 min. Remove, cold, and place in a jar with a tight fitting lid and use as needed.
  4. It will keep indefinitely.
