- 2 c. warm coffee
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 T vinegar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. finely minced nuts
- 1/4 c. sugar

- Grease and flour bottom only of 13x9 inch pan. Oven: 350 degrees for 45-60 min.In large bowl, put together all cake ingredients at low speed till moistened; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Pour batter into 13x9 inch pan.
- In small bowl, beat 1/3 cup sugar, cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1 egg till fluffy; stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Evenly spoon filling over batter; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Store in refrigerator.
