  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/4 c. cool water
  • Sufficient berries to make pie or possibly cobbler

  1. Mix flour, Crisco and water to make crust. Double the recipe for a pie, 4-6 batches for a large cobbler. To add in a buttery flavor to crust fold in some buttery flavored Crisco and regular white Crisco together which equals the 1/2 c. ingredient. Bake at 350-375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. You may substitute cherry, apples, etc. for blackberries.
