- Combine cabbage, beans, carrots, onion and cilantro in a large bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt, salsa, mayonnaise, vinegar and lime juice in a small bowl; mix well. Pour yogurt mix over cabbage mix and toss gently. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Garnish, with fresh cilantro sprigs, if you like.
