Рецепт black bean & chicken lasagna
nottt the best lighting, but you get the gist.
Ingredients//
WholeWheat pasta sheets - GF is available if you need it to be gluten-free
1 can of organic black beans - Boiled
1 medium tomato - cut into slices like you would for a burger
1/2 green bell pepper - chopped
shredded chicken - about 1 1/2 cups - I made mine in a crockpot, you can cut a boneless/skinless chicken breast in cubes and sauté in extra vigin olive oil - either will work perf!
- 1 1/2 cup (roughly) lite cottage cheese
- 1/4 white onion - cut into strips
- shredded cheese
- organic low-salt tomato sauce (pasta)
- step 1
- Lay down a base of whole wheat pasta sheets to line your pan
- Next lay down shredded/chopped chicken evenly, then chopped bell pepper, onion, & tomato slices
- Put down another layer of whole wheat pasta sheets
- Then, again, lay down shredded/chopped chicken evenly, then chopped bell pepper, onion, & tomato slices
- After, layer cottage cheese
- step 3
- Cover the cottage cheese layer with a organic tomato sauce - don't be shy - spread that sh!*

Spread shredded cheese on top - I only did it to one side for the boy, feel free to put it all over the top!

Bake in oven for 375F/190C for 34- - 40 minutes - Check to make sure past sheets are soft, and of course the cheese is melted - continue to bake if needed
I paired mine with roasted sweet potato dots, & carrot sticks.
This was perfect as I was able to take it to work for lunch throughout the week, and hardy enough the boy loved it!
