Рецепт black bean burgers - fat free - vegetarian
Ingredients//
- 1/2 medium-sized white onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 medium bell pepper
- 1 1/2 cup mashed black beans
- 1 large carrot - grated
- cos lettuce - the bun
optional add-ins - cummin, basil, oregano, no-salt added tomato paste (I was going to add these in, but literally forgot, still tastes awesome so those spicy babies will have to wait for next time!)
Toppings - tomato, red onion, & avocado
Directions//
Boil black beans until soft
Mash them - I used a potato masher & a fork (I'm so fancy)
Chop bell pepper & onion
Grate carrot - fav color
Add chopped ingredients to bean mix & mash together well
Add eggs
Form into patty-shaped circles about 1- 1.5 inch thick - It may be a little difficult, stick with it! They will form together more after cooking trust me
Spread tin foil onto a flat baking tray and spray with canola oil
Cook in the oven for 375 degrees for 25-28 minutes
Prepare toppings while patties are cooking
slice tomato, avocado, & red onion
wash and pick off a sheet of cos lettuce (or two, cause I ate two of these beanie beauties)
Remove patties from oven - make a burger snowman - BOOM ENJOY!
meatless burgers happen.
