Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse

Ингредиенты

  • 2 bars (3 ounce. each) Lindt or possibly other Swiss chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. butter, unsalted
  • 2 Large eggs, separated
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. dark rum
  • 1 teaspoon strong coffee
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Инструкции

  1. In a double boiler, over low heat, heat chocolate and butter. Beat egg whites till stiff. Set aside.
  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar till pale yellow. Add in rum and coffee. Mix in chocolate mix. Then mix in egg whites and whipped cream just to blend lightly. Serve in bowl or possibly individual dishes. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
