Ингредиенты

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Mix together all meatball ingredients. Form into bite-size meatballs. Broil in warm oven (400 degrees) for 4 min. Drain. Blend together chili sauce and jelly in blender. Put meatballs in sauce. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 min.
