Bite Size Beef Marinade

Ингредиенты

1 med. can papaya juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Chinese saute/fry sauce or possibly
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce &
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Инструкции

Mix and add in meat. Marinade 8 or possibly more hrs. Optional 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer for each lb. of meat. Excellent for steaks to grill or possibly broil. Also bite-size is great deep fried.
