Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 2/3 c. hot water
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lard (soft)
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • Melted butter

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Stir in sugar, shortening and Bisquick. Beat vigorously. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead till smooth. Shape into rolls. Place in greased pan. Cover with dish towel. Let rise till doubled in size about 30 min. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 min or possibly till golden. Makes about 16 to 18 rolls.
