Ингредиенты

1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled Sm. can spinach, liquid removed very well 1 minced onion

1 c. Jack cheese 1 c. Cheddar cheese

Инструкции

1. Spray large pie pan with Pam. Layer fried and crumbled bacon, spinach, onion and cheeses. Prepare liquid mix in a separate bowl by beating just till mixed well. Pour liquid mix over layered ingredients and bake at 400 degrees approximately 45 min to 1 hour. Let cold 5 min till cutting (pie style).
