Ингредиенты

  • 3 c. of minced squash (squeeze out all water of vegetable after cooked
  • 1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella (8 ounce.) grated
  • 1 sm. onion, grated
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram (spice) leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients together, place in greased Pyrex pie pan. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
  2. When using spinach, 1 package of frzn spinach is sufficient. Make sure you drain off all liquid.
