1 c. any minced meat (ham, shrimp, beef) or possibly vegetable (spinach, broccoli) 1 med. onion, minced 8 ounce. Swiss or possibly cheddar cheese, grated 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 c. Bisquick

2 tbsp. mayonnaise 4 Large eggs 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon grnd mustard

1. Grease 9-inch or possibly 10-inch pie plate. Layer meat (vegetable), onion and cheese. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake for 30-35 min at 400 degrees.
