Bake in jelly roll pan. Cold.
Mix as directed.
Mix into pudding.
Spread pudding mix over cake. Spread pineapple over pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. coconut. Spread Cold Whip over top. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c. minced nuts and 1/2 c. minced cherries.
