2 c. flour 3 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 teaspoon salt

6-7 tbsp. butter 1 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Mix dry ingredients and butter. Gradually add in lowfat milk. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees till golden. Makes one dozen.
2. (These make good shortcakes by adding 6 Tbsp. sugar to dry ingredients. Drop larger spoonful onto greased sheet. Makes 8 shortcakes.)
