1 pound grnd beef 1/2 c. onion, minced 1/4 c. green pepper, minced 1 can undiluted mushroom soup

1 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. minced pimento 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 can refrigerated biscuits

Инструкции

1. Brown meat, onions and green pepper. Stir in soup and pimento, simmer 10 min. Add in lowfat sour cream and place in casserole dish. Top with biscuits and butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
