- Beat the Large eggs with the sugar, add in all the other ingredients but the flour. Fold in the flour with a wooden spoon to a stiff paste. With floured hands make four sausages and put on two floured trays. Cook at 200C for 40 min, remove from the oven and slice thinly.
- Return to the oven, reduce the temperature and cook till crisp.
- Serve with vin santo.
