- Sift the flour and make a well; adding the salt, baking powder, sugar, butter, and the eggs beating them in the well.
- Now add the flour, a little at a time, then the almonds.
- Form a cord of dough and place on a baking sheet. Bake (170C) for approximately 30 minutes, until golden. Remove and let cool. Now cut diagonally into (1 cm) slice. Place in oven to brown.
