  • 1 x (16.5 oz) can pitted Bing cherries, liquid removed, juice reserved
  • 1 x (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
  • 1 x (6 oz) package cherry gelatin
  • 1 x (3 oz) package cream cheese
  • 6 x fluid ounces cola-flavored carbonated beverage
  • 1 c. minced pecans

Инструкции

  1. In a sauce pan, combine reserved cherry juice and pineapple juice to equal 1 c.. Bring to boil, add in gelatin and whisk together. Remove from heat and add in cream cheese and blend together till smooth.
  2. Add in cola and beat till mix becomes fluffy. Mix in cherries, pineapple, and nuts. Pour into molded container, refrigerate6 to 8 hrs or possibly till hard.
