- 2 1/4 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 T dry yeast
- 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T cinnamon

- Dissolve yeast in water, add in lowfat milk, oil, large eggs, sugar and salt. Add in half of flour, mix well. Add in remaining flour till kneading consistency is reached. Knead 10 min. Put in greased bowl and let rise in warm place 1 1/2 hrs till double. Punch down, let rise 1/2 hour more. Roll small portions of dough 1/4 inch thick. Cut in strips about 4 inches long and 1 inch wide. Dip strips in butter, then sugar/cinnamon mix. Tie in half, know, place in ungreased muffin tin. Let rise till doubled. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees. Makes 5 dozen.
